Key Policy Proposals to Protect Montana from Foreign Ideologies and Unfair Economic Practices

  • Pass the resolution to prohibit Sharia law in Montana and designate Marxism as anti-American ideology incompatible with the US Constitutional Republic. Both must be treated no differently than Nazism and prohibited from being funded by taxpayers’ money.
  • Prohibit governmental agencies and institutions from hiring non-citizens. Require Montana businesses to pay foreign workers at least 20% more than the median pay for the same job in the same location.
  • Prohibit state money from being paid for translation services for immigrants, preparation for the naturalization test, or any other services that are not offered to Americans.
  • Prohibit state and local money from being paid for scholarships for international students. F-1, M-1, and J-1 student visas are non-immigrant visas. These students are welcome to study in the USA, but are not intended to stay and work here.
  • Prohibit state and local government from providing immigrants with social welfare assistance, including housing, childcare, and healthcare. Individuals interested in helping immigrants should be advised to apply to the Sponsor an Immigrant program and commit to full financial support and help with assimilation for immigrants they wish to have live in Montana.

These measures aim to prioritize American citizens, protect constitutional values, and ensure fair economic competition in Montana.
